Who We Are.
Javlex Builders is a residential and commercial building company based in central Victoria, run by owner-operator John Di Vecchio. We handle renovations, concreting, bricklaying, demolition, commercial fit-outs, and pressure washing across Melbourne, Bendigo, Ballarat, and surrounding regions. John manages every project directly - from first site visit to final walkthrough. No project managers you have never met, no call centres, no handoffs. You deal with the person responsible for the result.
